- Accompanying persons & children will not be allowed to attend the scientific sessions and exhibitions
- PG Students should submit a bonafide letter from the Head of the Department
- Registration Includes Workshop, Conference and 2 days lunch and 8th evening dinner
Cancellation Policy
- Upto 31st December, 2025- 50% Refund
- After 31st December, 2025- No Refund
- No refund for accommodation
- All refunds of registration will be done as per the rules within 30 days, post conference
